Fabulous 1970s vintage black maxi skirt. The skirt has a fringe hem and slits on each side. The fabric feels like wool. The label was removed, so the designer is unknown. Freshly dry cleaned at a green cleaners that uses no chemicals. Belt loops at the sides of the waistband.
