Floral Off-Shoulder Flouncy Tiered Mini Dress - medium

Charming off-shoulder dress with a golden jewel pattern. With flouncy semi sheer layers and ruffles. Long sleeved are sheer with a ruffle/off shoulder moment. The dress has straps to hold it up. The mini skirt is two tiers of ruffles. I am including a belt that I used to cinch in the waist for free.
