Elastic in the top so it can be worn on or off the shoulder Bright green top with blue skirt with colorful daisy flower design. 100% acrylic Maxi / midi length (depending on your height). No brand - just tagged made in California. Tagged size medium. Fits more like a small. The dress fits comfortably on my size 6 dress form (dress form is a vintage 14, equivalent to a modern day 4/6). Approx. 18" armpit to armpit x 12" under bust (stretchy) x 53" long shoulder to hem. 41" from under the bust to the hem. Measured flat.
