The neckline and length are modest, but the sparkly and flowy sheer top layer is flirty and playful. Very elegant and classy dress. Size 12 Approximate measurements: Overall length = 39" Bust = 38" Waist = 32" The fluttery sheer layer over the chest has a few very very minor stains.
