Tuckernuck Women Batik Floral Hampton Skirt Medium NWT

I bought this skirt from the Tuckernuck sample sale, but unfortunately it is too long for me. I am 5‘4“ and the skirt touches the ground. It has an elastic waist and a wrap around tie sash that can be removed if desired. There is a contrasting ruffle hem and it is made of 100% cotton. According to the Tuckernuck website, size medium will fit a waist of 30”, a hip of 50”, and will fit someone with an inseam length of 38 1/2”. Comes from a smoke free home.
