Vtg 70s Dress Blue Floral Prairie Festival Peasant Montgomery Ward L/XL

This is a vintage1970s blue praire/peasant style dress with floral accents. The size tag and the material tag have both been removed. I am just guessing at the size based on the measurements below. There are two ties on each side of the waist for a double belted bow in the back. Measurements taken while lying flat Pit to Pit: a little over 20" Waist: 16.5" Length: 42" There are quite a few snags in the fabric near the bottom of the skirt (mostly on the front). I have taken photos of the front and the back for reference. There is also one tiny stain at the very bottom near the hem (pictured). These are the only standout flaws that I see.
