Measures approx. 16" across the waistband... 9 1/2" rise(measured from top of waistband to where seams meet at crotch--that makes these a low rise)... 29" inseam-I called these ankle pants but it depends on your height... 5" leg opening. Measurements taken flat and unstretched. 67% Cotton / 31% Poly. / 2% spandex. Easy care machine wash. Gently worn..no real flaws noted but this isn't new..if you go over it carefully you will find tiny things that tell you it has been pre-enjoyed. From my non-smoking home. B
