The measurement flat is 12 inches. Also, full disclosure — there is a tiny rip on the front thigh area. It’s stitched up, and it’s not very visible when worn. I have included a couple of pictures at the top. Please take a look before purchasing. Nobody had ever noticed it the couple of times I wore the dress.
