Vintage Jim's Gentlemen tie clip bar top hat cane gloves gold tone gentleman

Vintage tie clip white cabochon set in gold tone metal. The cabochon says "Jim's Gentlemen 1974" It has a top hat, cane, and gloves in yellow and black. I also found and added ONE single cuff link. I think this may have been made to commemorate an event for the Gentleman Jim's restaurant back in the 1970s? Sorry I dont have more info about its history!
