Beautifully crafted reversible vintage handmade multistone inlay pendant. One side is blue lapis, opal, turquoise, and silver. The other side is turquoise and silver. There are no marks on this vintage piece as was characteristic of older pieces made before the late 70s. Includes a silver chain that is marked 925 and Italy. The length of the chain open is 16" The pendant measures approx 1" long and approx 1/2" wide. The pendant weighs 5.8 grams. Excellent condition.
