This is an authentic Tiffany & Co. heart tag ring. Definitely vintage, this "Please Return To.....Tiffany & Co. ring has been worn. Please look at the pictures.....A jeweler could buff this ring to make it look 'like new'. This ring looks beautiful on the finger, but it shows it's age.
