Antique Japanese kimono damage as-is

I purchased this old kimono in a vintage shop 20 years ago and it’s been worn a lot and has extensive damage In the spirit of grunge (my era) we used to wear vintage stuff that was ripped and falling apart so if that’s your aesthetic you can feel free to wear this to swan around the house until it disintegrates or iron a light weight interfacing into the shoulders where the fabric is shattering and re sew the sleeves and it will last longer. Discolored lining and a few bug bites Poor condition but it’s a beautiful color maybe use the good sections of fabric for a project sold as is
