What is the condition as far as wear? Rips, holes, tears, stains? Do the zippers function properly? Does it have padded straps? Is it large enough to carry a laptop, binder, pencil pouch, and essentials? Does it have side pockets for water bottle? Tysm

No side pockets - has the front ones and the large opening.
Unsure about padded straps but I am happy to look when I get off work today!
