Pendleton knife pleat tea length skirt

Pendleton knife pleat tea length skirt in royal blue and a peekaboo plaid in between the pleats This is a size 8 but measures approximately 14’ at the waist so I’m listing it as a 4. This also says petite but I am 5’5 and this hits me perfect right in the middle of my calf. Excellent condition with minimal signs of wear.
