NWT Tory Burch 88%Cotton 10%Rayon 2%Other Fibers. Navy Blue and White. A small section (about 3") of the seam that holds the neck folded under had some stitches missing. There are no tears or damage, just some missing threads that hold it down. Please check measurements as I think this fits more like a large than an X large. 178-509
