Doen Silk Blend Midi Dress in Polka Dot, Size M

I love this dress and have a number of Doen pieces, but this dress runs small! Please look at measurements photo. Thought I could lose weight, but I can’t change my bone structure! Size Medium, but fits more like a small. Essentially new, but without tags.
