NHL CCM Toronto Maple Leafs Gary Roberts Wearing Jersey #7 Asst. Capt. Plaque Roberts signed a three-year with the Toronto Maple Leafs.  He recorded 53 points in 2000-2001 and his 29 goals led the team. A 48-point season in 2001-2002 and he assumed leadership of the Maple Leafs during the 2002 Stanley Cup Playoffs after team Captain Mats Sundin suffered an injury. Gary Roberts served as Assistant Captain for three Seasons.
