Women's Maxi Dress 12 Blue Boho Hippie Cottage Core Peasant Minimalist Y2k 90s

Up for sale is a super beautiful maxi dress. There is no brand tag but it's vintage so I'm guessing this had a shrug that went with it originally and that's where the brand tag was. It is size12. It comes in a base color of dark blue with a delicate pattern of blue and beige wheat. It has a very minimalist or cottagecore look to it. It is sleeveless and made of 100% rayon which means it breathes. This dress is awesome in versatility and is wonderful for spring and summer or those warm fall days. The only "flaw" I saw was that someone cut the tie back strings that were on each side at some point. I took pictures so you can see what I'm talking about, but this is very small and I doubt anyone would notice this. Thanks for looking!
