This is a super fun dog costume for Halloween. The rainbows and clouds rest on each side of your dog. The rainbows are connected by a blue strip that rests on your dog’s back. Velcro closures at front chest and under belly. The part of yellow on one rainbow looks crumbly. But to me it looks like what a vintage shirt looks like. See last picture. Size XS/S Measurements: Rainbows 7 1/2 in. Tall 7 1/2 in. Wide but the clouds extend the width to 10 in. Strap over back 5 in. Front chest strap 6 1/2 in. (Velcro square on) to 8 1/2 in. Belly strap 11 in. (Velcro square on) to 14 in. You can make both straps smaller than the smallest measurement with some of the strap dangling.
