shoegirl1954 @sabmed I measured around the waistband and it is 35 in. these are size 29. they are somewhat low wasted so they hit below the natural waist. Top of the hip is 18 in from side to side. The front rise is about 8 in. as I said, these are a lower waist. The back rise is 11 in from top of waistband to the crotch seam. Uncuffed inseam is 32 inches.

shoegirl1954 @sabmed p 60% cotton, 40% polyester. I do not see elastin in the description. I wouldn't call them stretchy, but they do have some give.
