It’s hard to tell for sure because it’s a vintage so sizes vary over the years. If anything it runs larger because it’s stretchy and has an elastic waist band. I wore it when I was a size large and medium both. I LOVE this outfit!

@prege33 it's a cute outfit, but i wear a 4-6, mostly small, sometimes medium so I'm worried this will be too big.
