I the pics it looks like the color is uneven or there is marks...is that a reflection? what is the bag made of?

@ellyn2695 the color is not uneven it must be the reflection since those pictures were taken indoors. I just added two pictures in unnatural lighting (see last 2 photos). I saw one imperfection on the top left of the last picture. I am unsure of your last question what it is made out of but I assume it’s leather.
