These pants are the perfect fall/ winter black tie or holiday pants. Cut out pattern in black velvet. Waist band is covered elastic. Also contains stretch. Comfort and style! Generously cut waist is 18” flat before stretch high rise is 12” inseam is 26”. Top to bottom is 37. Really cool tiny vents at ankle are curved. EUC worn once only. Like new except 1 tiny flaw shown in last two pictures. 1 is from further away so you see not visible, other close up. Honestly came that way.
