@brittmeredithrn hi - I’d say it’s a true size 4 with some give in the waist. Im a size small top and a 27 in jeans. I’ll try to get you a pic of me in it tomorrow. The skirt looks narrower in my hanging pic because it’s bunching together so I can get a laying flat pic if that would help.
