Well I purchased this two weeks ago and it still had the tags on it NWT. I took them off because I used it. I decided that I wanted one that was wider. This is a crossbody and my stuff is too big for it.
I paid $40 so it’s your gain😀

@anketurtle so sorry I looked and there is no way for me to discount shipping. I will send a message to Posh support and ask since they were the ones who initiated it after I reduced the price from 25 to 20.
