Harvey’s Seatbelt Bag in green, a small seatbelt bag tote with metal feet on bottom. Measures about 8” long across bottom, about 7” tall, and about 4” wide (all measurements are approximate). Has some stains on bottom and smaller stains on front, back, and straps, please see photos. No smoke smell that I could detect, stored in smoke-free, cat-friendly home.
