I am a true size 8 and am 36-38 in chest. This would fit a 34-36” chest easily. 2 decorative buttons highlight closure at neckline and chest. The rest of the coat hangs open making movement so easy. It also an also fully lined. The coat is 76% Acrylic, 20% Cotton, 4% Polyester. Because of material content I washed in cold water gentle cycle and hung to dry. It did so well.
