White House Black Market Off-Shoulder Ruched Side Rayon Dress

Soft and sexy! Black rayon dress with batwing sleeves that are cuffed, a wide neckline that can drape off either shoulder, and on one side there is drawstring ruching to pull it up on that side. Very good pre-owned condition, it is dryclean only, and it should probably be cleaned... I found a couple of faint spots that I could literally brush off and make disappear. I tried to take a pic, but I can't even find them anymore. But I would have it cleaned, for good measure. I put pics of the waist and length measurements, can't really do pit to pit since it's batwing. It's a size small, very drapey, typical rayon fabric.
