sarah_normandin @suefrericks Per the website and my review, these run true to size or slightly small. Many people on the Freebird website ordered up a half size.

sarah_normandin @suefrericks I am the one who wore them. I just can't tolerate any heel height anymore and I wish that wasn't the case because they are amazing and go with almost everything. I just put them on again and would consider myself a true 9.5 as well. I definitely feel like this was the right size choice for my foot. there are a couple of tiny superficial scratches. I think you can see one on the toe of the left boot.
