I purchased this bag and put it in my purse closet never used it at all. The inside of the purse still has all of the original stuffing in it. I never took it out as well as the extra Crossbody strap is still completely wrapped tags are still attached, and it was never used by me or the person that I purchased it from originally comes from a smoke free home this person is no longer on the Coach website and it is the biggest size chain tabby that is out fits a 13 inch laptop. I have this bag in black also and I love it. It just doesn’t fit my wardrobe in this color.
