joyce_wilber @strawberryacid the first seam (under the bust) measures 13.5” (without stretching out the smocking). So 27” around. The second seam (or tier) is 18”. So 36” around. So the dress measures 27” around the bottom of the bust and gradually increases to 36” at the bottom of the first tier. Your natural waist will fall somewhere in that first tier. I hope this makes sense. I can post pics tomorrow with a tape measure across the dress.

joyce_wilber Also there is smocking in the back of the dress by the bust area, so plenty of room for stretch there, if needed.
