ALICE + OLIVIA Rainbow Ombre Ruffle Feather Print MINA Belted Mini-Dress. This party dress features a jeweled neck, belted waist with thread that holds it up, 3/4 sleeves and lightly lined. Sleeves have elastic at wrist. The pattern is colorful, feather-like and is in excellent condition. It has a zippered back with a clasp at the back of the neck. Size 4.
