Cotton mini dress from Tibi in a plum/maroon color. Features off-shoulder neckline with elastic on back and arms, 3/4 length sleeves that tie at the end, super soft chambray / sateen cotton fabric. Has pockets! Good pre-owned condition with some signs of wear and some deodorant residue on the interior that I have not tried to launder out. 100% cotton.
