Flattering Vintage Richard Warren 80s Structured Peplum Polka Dot Contrast Dress - Decade: 1980s (International Ladies’ Garment Workers Union tag placing it between 1974-95, but it’s pretty clearly 80s) - Condition: Excellent. The only flaw is some discoloration and a missing button on the removable belt sash. (See last zoomed in pictures) Not super noticable on.
