All the stones are natural and are bezel set. Center stone is the only marquise shaped stone, it's citrine. All the other stones are oval shaped for the most part with a few round cut stones. Bail has a natural aquamarine stone. Red = garnet. Green = peridot. Purple = amethyst. Yellow = citrine. dark blue = rough sapphire. light blue = aquamarine. Bail and setting are all sterling.
