This is so adorable..especially if you are a sports fan. It is a super stretchy XXL referee "rufferee" pullover shirt with attached pocket/flag. It doesnt even have to be a costume. Let her your wear it during the game!!! I'm not sure who makes this costume...but it would be great for a bigger big...because my girl is about 70lbs and while she fit it...there was a lot more room to go bigger. When she went out and about, she carried a rubber football with her and that made it even more cute.
