@tha240 Hi! I am not sure there is a $3 shipping option. I believe there are only 3 options: standard $6.49, $4.99 or Free. We could do $23 and $4.99 shipping, that would be the same price for you: $28 total. Also, I was notified there was an issue with payment, poshmark said they sent you a message asking to update you payment info (I had already accepted your $22 offer).
