I typically wear a size 7 1/2 women’s or 38 but if these run big do you think they could potentially fit?

The website said they run big which is why I put it, but I don’t find them to run big at all! If you’re between a 7 - 7 1/2 they’ll work but if you’re closer to an 8, they might be too small.
