This is a women's heavyweight black stretchy pair of dress pants. The size tag is unreadable, but the waist is 15.5" flat across and the inseam is 28" unhemmed. You can see in the pictures where one side had been hemmed, but the stitches were removed since the other leg had not yet been done. Good pre-owned condition.
