The look is totally “Matrix” Pet friendly non smoking home 🏠 There is a button hole but I see no button around the waist it might be to close from the inside but 🤷🏻‍♀️there is however an extra button on the lower inside, there is also some long fabric like the lining , could be ties maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️ The lapels and the skirt of this coat wow! the BEST! Great pre-loved condition Era is probably late 1970s to mid-1980s.
