is it really a medium even if a size 46?

@adelegomez1972 it’s IT 46 which is a US 10, which is between a M and L but it’s also vintage so runs a bit smaller than contemporary sizing so Sz M seems like the best US equivalent. I’m also a US M and it fits me - not too snug or too big
