Signed sterling silver ring size 6.25 damele? high grade

This listing is for the amazing sterling silver and gold or gold filled turquoise Ring shown in the photos. The ring is a size 6.25 and signed Fred. I'm unsure whether the bezel and decorations are solid or gold filled as they did take a good buffing without any real fill loss. The stone is absolutely exceptional and is the perfect green color with little bits of blue showing through. To me it reminds me of Damele turquoise but that is not a guarantee. It's an exceptionally well made ring.
