Urban Outfitters Small Dress/Tunic

Absolutely gorgeous orange, white and black trim dress by Urban Outfitters. It has a sheer top and tiered layered skirt. There is a deep orange underlining on the bottom half of the dress. It is a size small, but as it's made in an oversized way, it'll fit a medium too. I wear a large and it fits me!
