SO cute! Can be work with jeans, skirts, dressed up or down - very versatile! Foldover cuff, strap with buckle, and a zipper on the back just for style detail (it doesn't open). The upper cuff is man-made material that feels like suede. Worn only a couple of times. I have come to the conclusion that my clumsy butt is no longer suited for heels, in spite of their rubbery bottoms (the boots, not me). (Well, maybe me too). Very soft brown leather. I have other boots I'm cleaning out too - don't forget to look!
