VTG 70’s Vibrant Fuchsia Pink Maxi Pencil Skirt with Slit

Definitely vintage and handmade. The only tag is the ILGWU “union made” which dates between 1963-1974. Looks like the slit in the back may have been extended by a couple inches after market. Sits high waist and falls to the ankle. Waist is 26”, hips 32”, and length 38.5”, which is a US size 0-2. Hem could be let out to add a couple inches to length.
