Blacklist by Lip Service skirt from the "Friends Of The Raven" collection, circa 2005. Size tag has been cut out, but measures 30" across the waistband. Possibly a small or medium. Velvet waistband, fully lined in black satin with a tulle ruffle to add fullness. Outer fabric is an airy flocked velvet polka dot. Opens at the front with decorative but working covered button and loop detail. Side zipper. Excellent condition with light wear and no damage.
