This is a pre-owned girl's formal dress, size 4, made in China. The dress features a sleeveless design with a beaded and lace-embellished bodice. The skirt is made of layered tulle with lace detailing at the hem. It has a satin waistband and a large bow at the back with additional bows cascading down the skirt.
