City Chic Steel Rose Dress- flattering faux wrap style with a surplice neckline, bell sleeves, and ruffles. Steel gray with a rose print. Great for a night out! Sexy, feminine, and flattering for curvy/ hourglass figures! City Chic size S/16 (US 16) Above the knee length Gently worn, excellent used condition. I safety-pinned the front together so there are a couple safety pin holes there, otherwise in excellent condition. Comes with the matching rose belt which also happens to look great on a black dress. ✨ Personal note: This dress was so flattering when I was wearing a size 16! Plus the fun bell sleeves and gorgeous sheer layers 😍 It no longer fits me, but I hope it can work it's magic for you! ✨️ ⚠️ Fit tip: There's an elastic band on the back of the waist for some stretch, but the material itself is fairly rigid and not very stretchy.
