90s Does 60s Little Black Mini Dress Sz Sm

Classic 90s does 60s vintage black dress with all the dark coquette and twee details covered buttons down the back, a bow at the neckline, and soft short puff sleeves. The dress has ribbon details at the arms and along the hem and is fitted through the waist with a romantic, slightly gothic edge. Overall in good vintage condition - had shoulder pads that have mostly been cut out. Some missing buttons on the back and hem has been repaired by hand after falling down. The buttons along the back hide a concealed zipper. Marked a size 4 with measurements in photos - approx a small.
