This is brand new. The brushhead is a women's size from Autobrush still sealed. it cones with foaming toothpaste which is sealed and Brushhead case for travel which is sealed. Also comes with dental flossers designed for kids but can be used by adults sealed. The device box was opened for pictures. the electric cord and wall plug and still sealed.
